Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website. This personal data is processed under Article 5/2 of KVKK based on the legal grounds of "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" and "legitimate interest"; processing for marketing purposes is based on your explicit consent.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was processed. Data with legal retention requirements is kept for the period required by applicable legislation; other data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized within a reasonable period (maximum 2 years) following the conclusion of the engagement.
7. Your Rights Under KVKK Article 11
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may exercise the following rights by applying to the data controller:
- To learn whether your personal data has been processed
- To request information if your personal data has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
- To know the third parties — domestic or international — to whom your data has been transferred
- To request correction if your personal data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
- To request the deletion or destruction of your data within the conditions set by KVKK Article 7
- To request that correction, deletion, or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom your data was transferred
- To object to results that arise against you through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems
- To claim compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of your personal data
8. Method of Application
To exercise the rights listed above, you can submit your requests in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller:

Your applications will be concluded within a maximum of 30 days pursuant to Article 13 of KVKK. This process is free of charge; however, if any additional cost arises, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
